Section 52
Punishment for Violation of Section (4)
: (1) If any person carries, receives, causes to be sent or delivers letters in violation of Section 4, he shall be fined for each such letter not exceeding Rs. There will be a fine of up to fifty.
(2) If any person, after having been proved to have committed an offense punishable under this section, commits the same offense again, he shall be fined for each such offense not exceeding Rs. There will be a fine of up to 200.
